Evaluations
August 2021: Rutledge is a high energy wing who brings ‘it’ on every possession. She works hard to fight for position on the glass and will make the extra effort to secure the rebound. She extends this energy to playing on ball defense and is constantly looking to cut off her opponent and make life uncomfortable. Offensively she plays her position and is quick to make a ball reversal to an open shooter. Working on her footwork and agility should be a point of emphasis during her skill development and strength and conditioning sessions. This should help her become a bigger threat on the offensive end with the ball in her hands.

Excited to work with @KaijaRutledge 2024 – BC
She’s been with us at our Seattle camp since 2019 and the Canadian made a trip just a few weeks ago to join us in Colorado too.

Although under different circumstances, this Fall’s Top 💯 Camp was a tremendous success! We missed having colleges coaches in the building, but the girls energy & enthusiasm was through the roof! Big thanks to Coach Faith Asker from @UCDinos for running the camp. #BCsBest pic.twitter.com/1K9Q93fgpL
