Evaluations
December 2019: Playing inside and out during the high school season. From the perimeter she’s shown she can knock down the 3-ball at a good rate. You can also see a one-dribble pull-up in the works. On the interior she’s shown she can absorb significant contact and still finish. As her handle continues to improve she looks a like a player you can move around offensively from the wing to the four spot. She doubled down on our summer observation that she’s a high energy player as she’s good for several loose balls a game, offensive boards, tipped passes. She creates extra possession with her competitive nature.
August 2019: Combining high energy and effort almost always results in positive plays. Brooke Slymen plays the game with that combination seemingly every time out. Her willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done was evident both in the Spotlight Workout session and again in gameplay on Sunday.

Excited to hear @BrookeSly43 is back in the gym and getting ready to roll with @CalSwish_Nike in July.
Coachable, versatile. Expecting her to surprise a lot of people this summer!
