Evaluations

September 2020: Johnson has made huge strides since we last saw her.  She’s extended her range and really smoothed out her shooting mechanics.  She hasn’t abandoned the post opportunities that are out there for her, even as she focuses on developing her perimeter skills.  She’s showing more leadership qualities now too.  The confidence in her game is high and she’s a willing vocal teammate.  With the big jump she has made we’re now looking for the efficiencies in those strength areas to grow even more.  
August 2019: Johnson is a strong combo forward.  She was really strong in the pick and roll action.  Her ability to shoot from the mid range gave her pick and pop buckets and her strength led to post up buckets.  She finished well and has the makings of a versatile offensive weapon.  As she gets more comfortable with scoring inside and out the game should slow down for her.
